Tip of penis very sore.?

hey guys i no i havent burnt my penis in anyway but round the japeye theres like a circle and it looks burnt when touched its very sore i have no intenstion of going to the doctors as i dont have the guts for it please what can i do is it serious? or a rash possibly ive just had pinworms if the can be anything to do with it name daniel jones please help if possible much respect.
