Senior Sechlude for high school is this what colleges look for?

Colleges look for a well-rounded student with involvement, leadership, and a student that challenges themselves. Many school prefer that you take at least three years of a maths, languages, and sciences, however if you chose to do more it only benefits you. AP classes do look better especially if you are able to do dual credits or take the AP class. If your GPA is a 3.79 on a 4.0 scale that is really good. It seems you are involved in a lot of activities but you may want to think about doing a volunteer job to give you leadership. Many colleges also only require students to take up to Algebra II in maths and you are going to Calculus (even if it's not AP) will still benefit you and also many colleges like to see that you are going on to Physics. In the end, your schedule will look very good to colleges. Good luck to you.
