New Pro Football League!?!?!!!!?

So now with the NFL on lockout and with a bunch of other leagues around like the UFL,AFL,CFL,IFL etc. What would be a cool new Professional football league ? Say you were the GM the Commissioner of the league you made the rules etc.What would be the league format,the rosters,the rules,the teams,the names etc. All the power is in your hand and your talent would be undrafted NFL rookies you figure over 2,000+ college players come out to the NFL Draft every season/year. only 255 of them get picked then when the NFL is playing a total of 355 about get a shot at the NFL everyone else is jobless. What would you do make a outdoor league,indoor league the power is in your hands!
