What do I have, I feel miserable?

I have had a small painful bump on the back of my head above my right ear for 4-5 days now and since two days ago my neck has been stiff and hurts when I put my chin to my chest, I had a weird purple rash on my chest and arm and back for a week but now its gone, i don't no if it has anything to do with it but I thought I should put it on here, and I am sensitive to bright light like my computer light hurts right now, and my body just feels miserable and I am dizzy, I know I need to go to the doctors I am waiting for my babysitter to come watch my kids in like 4 hours but I thought maybe you guys could help me for now! and at first I just thought i was getting sick thats why i didnt go to the doctors before but now I dont think its just a cold or flu
