How does the hiv rash effect the body?

I was wondering how the HIV rash effects the body...i have this rash not bad at all but theres like 3 bumps on my right bicep,2 little bumps on my right forarm and 2 little bumps on my left forarm plus 1 little bump on my left collar bone...does this sound like the HIV rash?? I can notice too that my skin looks like is redder than normal but under the skin not on top but this is only on y arms no where else on my body..I was wondering if this sounds like anything associated with the HIV virus...Ive been to the doctors and got tested and it came up negative but im a worry wart and think i have everything under the sun..Can someone please help me by telling me what this sounds like and not just saying go get tested again...thanks in advance!
