I have (1) 150w CFL light bulb, wil it be enough for one marijuana plant?

No. I have never grown it but have grown many other tropicals under lights. It will only be good until the plant is about 6 inches high. Then they need a lot more light and as they grow they will start to stretch for light and get skinny and weak. The leaves at the bottom will hardly get any.
