yeah if you look at quater backs in the nfl and stuff they use there bodyweight to throw take a step back then one forwar or just take a left step forward is you throw with ur right hand and it will increase it alot also if you do some pull ups and push ups it will give you more strength in ur back triceps and biceps which will increase your distance
