Will A apartment building management notice light bulbs being used 12 hours a day?

I have 4 cfl light bulbs running 12 hours on 12 hours off in my apartment. They are cfl bulbs 23 watts = 100 watts they are powered by a light bulb to normal plug outlet adapter, will the building notice that much hydro being used? I have all inclusive in my apartment. Thanks.
