Ways to watch the CFL?

With the lockout and whatnot, I want to get into canadian football. I only have ESPN and I'm pretty sure you can't get it there. Don't tell me to get into college football, because I'm just not going too. Arena Football might be an option, but I don't know where to watch it. So how do I watch the CFL without getting some new sports package?
