Too much sweating everyday cause persistant rash?

Ok so for the past three years i have had a persistant rectal and butt cheek rash. It seems to of started every since i have been sleeping with 5 blankets year round and never have my windows open for cool air. coudl this be the cause of my anal rash? i do sweat ALOT during the night i have noticed.
