Need full knowldge about in this matter ?

i am planing to make my own wind turbine for my village house .through google i have came to know the whole process and the requried material for making this. but still have some questions like .what power does the car battery stored in it self AC OR DC ? were i can get the battery chager or how can make a one for my self ? is it safe to use a tubelight CHOKE to pass the battery power to a CFL bulb if not than what ealse i can use or make one by my own ? see there r so many websites which r producing information about it but i am not a engineer or don't have any kind of technical knowldge about all this . so i will be very thank full if u people if u will make this more clear and guide me ..........i am planning this not only for my own village house but also for the whole village if it will be success full than i will make more for the other villagers .
