My dog has a bad rash and bumps on his stomach/groin area?

We just moved to florida from michigan a few months ago, and my dog has a rash/bumps on his stomach and groin area.. I don't want the answer"take him to the vet",Ill take him if something else doesn't work.. someone help me.. is there anything I can get him from the pets store?
