28 year old male with blood clots in hands, muscle pain in arms, hair loss, weight loss,rash on arms, what may?

This started out as what felt like the flu, with lower back pain. I dont have a fever any longer, just the symptoms above, i can nolonger lift weights because it fees like I have pulled a muscle afterwards. My weight went from 180 to 156.
