How close to I put my cfl light bulbs to a marijuana plant?

I have a marijuana plant that's still pretty small, it's 6 inches tall. I have four cfl light bulbs they are 100 watt bulbs and 1400 lumens. They are also full spectrum. I was wondering how close I should keep the bulb to the plant. Thank you very much.
