Will one 13 watt cfl light be enough for one stealth weed plant? and pro tips will be apreciated =)?

i made a shoebox stealth grow with some valley OG seeds and was wondering if that would be enough and if i needed a diferent one for flowering. Its aready sprouting so i was wondering when might need to get a stronger light.
